15% off for taking survey

I lost my 15% off code for taking your survey today. How can I get it back to place my order? I was trying to order 10 bags and save the $150. Will this work with the 15% discount also? Can I order 5 of each instead of 10 of all the same, and still get the discount? Thank you. Why do I need to enter at least 100 words to give a review or ask questions? That is so strange. I am just typing more words so that I can send this review. In the meantime, I am not really very satisfied but I would certainly like to try your product.

I also started getting auto shipments of RW. I kept it but called to get off this plan. My calls kept going to a voicemail that was not being responded to. I really enjoy the shakes and how they make me feel. But, the cost is going up and i cannot afford it. The 3 bag deals were ideal. But now there are no discounts offered on their site. Disappointed.

I use the auto ship program with Rockin wellness and have been very pleased . However the first time I ordered th"special" I was not aware of the auto ship I was enrolled in . I just made a simple phone call and all was resolved in moments . Hate to see so many having trouble they always seem really helpful with any shipping are changes I make to my account .

Worse company ever . After I realized the original owner had left due to issues with the other owner being irresponsible to the company's obligation to the consumers I began to look more thoroughly at what was going on.

Not only did I find others who experienced customer service problems as well but later learned they were using "organic" when not in a FDA organic facility !!

What a sham!!!

Since this discovery I researched the other former owner of the company and apparently he has started a really great brand called "smoothie life" - just ordered my product from him, can't wait to see what it's like.

I, too, fell prey

I, too, fell prey to their "special" offer, ordering 3 bags, multiple times until one day I received an email saying my order had been shipped and my debit card had been charged. I had not placed an order. When I called, I was met with an indignant response of, "It was in the email - you registered for the VIP program the last time your ordered". When I insisted I did not, and that I felt they had blinded me with a bait and switch situation, I was told there was nothing I could do beyond returning the order once it arrived....and I would have to pay the return shipping, AND pay for a restocking fee. The balance of my payment would then be refunded in 7-10 business days! I was LIVID. I loved this product and felt they had me hooked and completely took advantage of me with the 'fine print'. I told them if they had changed their program it should have been the FIRST thing at the top of the email and not something you had to click through to see. It was obvious I was NOT the first person to call and question/complain about their NEW business practice, but the person at the end of the phone was not the responsible party, only the one who had to deal with the unhappy customers. Now their prices have gone up, making it completely unaffordable for me. It was already pricey, but certainly worth it, especially as I could order it when I could afford it. NOW, I can't. I was happy to find this site though, as it helped me to understand I was certainly not alone in my disappointment.

I had the SAME ISSUE!! I honestly believe it was a bait and switch.

I was so let down by this company, and I had given good reviews and spent time sharing my product with others so they could try it, but what they did to their repeat ordering customers in the name if "VIP" .....It's just WRONG!! VIP is more like "Very Ironically Pissed...."

I had the same experience. I like the product, however, this new "catch" they have with getting automatically charged for shipments is not good at all.

Prices have gone up and they do not allow for you to make the choice to order when you feel you can afford it and need it. Totally disappointed by the new policy of the company and no longer a consumer.

Rockin' Wellness is Worthless. I'm switching to Vega One!

After placing an order that I thought was a "Special" as I have done so many times prior, apparently I agreed to become one of their V.I.P. representatives. This is a person who agrees to regular shipments and in return get special discounts. Well, I did not push any button nor did I read any agreement language when placing the order, but according to RW I did. So, they sent me a shipment in June and charged my visa $119.95. I immediately called and told them I didn't sign up to be a VIP, and they agreed to let me return the shipment. I thought it was a done deal, but just a week ago, received another shipment. Again, they told me I could return it, but at my cost. I've spoken with Nora, the customer service manager who repeatedly says there is no way they can pay for the return shipping because they ship to customers for free (I know, it makes no sense) ,and there is no one else to talk to. She would not give me the name of any other supervisor. Does the product work? Well, my husband likes it, but we're switching over to Vega One, a far superior product and at the rate that RW has been raising their prices and scamming customers, it is comparably priced.

Why do you post the same stock BS answer to every complaint? And you don't even offer a resolution, just garbage about how you will try to become more "consumer friendly", and you are a "good, honest, trustworthy company".

Seriously?? First you *** people with this VIP program, which is just a slick way to steal from our bank accounts, then you skate around everyone's complaints with a form letter, and NO resolution!

Time for me to file complaints with every consumer protection agency I can find. You won't be getting anymore of my money!

First of all, its not about a shaker cup. I couldn't care less about a shaker cup!

I want them to stop auto ship of Rockin Wellness powder.

I have a years supply, and I don't want any more sent to me until I am ready to order it! Looks like the only way to resolve...

I have had the same issue with the VIP program. Didn't even know I signed up forit, till i got an email, thanking me, and making promises of shaker cups and t shirts, etc.

Still didn't realize it would be auto shipped without my Ok. I have emailed twice and got no response, and tried to call, but got nothing but a loud buzzing sound on their end. So now I have Four boxes, three bags in each. I love the product, and will eventually use these four boxes, (a year's supply), but since I don't use it every day, it will take me a good while to get through it.

I just want the auto ship to stop, so I can order it when I need it. At this rate, I will be buried in this stuff!!

Rockin' Wellness Scam

I responded to an offer of 7 days of Rockin' Wellness for 7.99. Before this was delivered to me, Rockin' Wellness tapped my credit card for 120 USD for a VIP 90 day replenishment supply. Not only did I not want the product, I did not authorize the order, nor did I authorize use of my CC. An alleged Rockin' Wellness representative responded in my email, that I could not cancel any orders via email, I must cancel over the phone--cancel? I didn't order anything, why should I have to cancel anything? Anyway, I called the number they provided in their most unhelpful email, and was placed on hold for 25 minutes, on 3 separate occasions, with no live voice to talk to, and no voice mail. I've attempted to contact them again and again via telephone and email, and no response. Stuck with unauthorized debt of 120USD, and product I did not order. I will be contacting BBB, and probably an attorney.

it has happen to me they alleged that I signed for a Vip whatever and charge my credit card 119.85 cents, I have send numerous emails and no response at all, I call them and they put you on hold for a long long time, when I finaly talked to somebody they were rude and did not want to reverse the charge insisting I sign for the VIP crapp and also they already send the product I did not order, now I have to pay for shiping and a reestocking fee of 35 dollars, what a ripp off bunch of scamers...what I do now, I will loose regardless I send back the product or not, help

I ordered a special discount offer from rockin wellness through Facebook. It never said anywhere that I saw, that my order would automatically put me into a monthly VIP membership enrollment that allowed them to pull money from my account and send me more product!! I didn't care for the product and never planned to reorder the product. But that's ok, they reordered it for me! And charged me $119 to do it! I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back, minus the restocking fee of $35 of course and the costs of shipping their *** back to them!! I'm thoroughly disgusted with this companies unethical and deceitful practices! The monthly enrollment VIP *** must be in VERY small writing since no one seems to even know it exists! I sure as *** would never have ordered from them had I known they would pull this garbage! I hope they go out of business! They are scam artists!

Unauthorized charge

The exact thing happened to me and my husband. We have seperate bank accounts and had not ordered this product in over three months and without authorization they charged each one of our accounts $119.85. We also have different banks and each disputed charges. My husband was able to get reimbursed, me not so lucky. This company makes me angry and I want my money back. Never again will I use this product and it is a shame that they feel the need to steal from me and my family. This is especially upsetting because they promote themselves as someone who is concerned with people's health.

I purchased the $4.99 trial from a friend's Facebook page. There was NO fine print indicating my card would be charged $130. Then they charge you $60 to return it. It is supposed to be a restocking fee. Do they really pay the guy $60 for 60 seconds of work? I doubt it!!!

i have been through hours and hours of frustration with this dispute. the company is getting rich by taking advantage of customers. they will not return phone calls, they will not return emails. once they get your money they block you from Facebook. if you dispute the $119.85 charge, they send you a form that you cannot return the product if its passed 30 days ( which a dispute takes longer) and that if you do return the product you will be charged a $35 restock fee. EITHER WAY THEY GET THEIR MONEY BY RIPPING OFF INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. i hope someone with some real power shuts them down. i can only fight and fight but so far i lose.

ROCKIN WELLNESS-TOOK MY MONEY!

I was put on the VIP program without my knowledge and had $119.85 taken from my account, they want to charge me a $35 restocking fee and charge me to send back the product I didn't order. They do not answer their emails, and was told that they would possibly waive the restocking fee if I accepted the product and sent back a form to them which I never received. I've called them back numerous times. Manager was supposed to call me, never did. My attorney suggested I not accept the product, rejected product on July 9th 2014 and will start legal action if I don't get my money back. Today, I got my Bank involved in helping me retrieve my lost money. Its a shame because I liked the product and am responsible for referring others to this deceptive company. Will be contacting the BBB and possibly the Federal Trade Commision, need to see what my attorney advises.

Thank goodness I purchased via PAYPAL - they never shipped my 10-bag order so after 1 month of trying to call and email them without an answer, I filed a claim and they never answered PAYPAL either - so I got my money refunded. UGH! Too bad because I like their product, but never ordering from them again!

absolutely….same happened to me. Product rec'd without placing order.

VIP status. What is that ? A $35 restocking fee, plus postage puts the return to $48. This is ridiculous for an order that was never placed.

This happened not once but TWICE.

Going to report this company also.

I had the same thing happen to me that everyone else is talking about... I had the money to do the trial, which I signed up for but I never signed up for auto ship.. They did an unauthorized charged to my account for the $119. I disputed it but it came back in their favor because I did sign an affidavit.. Because of this I have had all manner of things come up with my account, which now has been closed on me... I am sorry that it happened to y'all, but I am so thankful that everyone is writing about it... Maybe something can be done about it.
